About Hall & Table

Hall & Table is an independent guide for international buyers, exhibitors and delegates visiting China for trade fairs and summits. We write the information we wish every first-time visitor had: where to eat near the venue, how to pay with a foreign card, and how to get around without speaking Chinese.

We start with the Canton Fair in Guangzhou and add a new event or city only once its listings have been checked.

Restaurants do not pay to be listed. Every listing is checked against hotel and restaurant websites, the MICHELIN Guide and booking platforms, and we are adding phone and in-person checks over time. Each page shows when its information was checked.
